Introduction of Mark Tyler, BCHS London-City Sales & Operations Manager

“Hello, my name is Mark Tyler and I am the Sales & Operations Manager for the BCHS London City branch that covers central London. I have been working with BCHS for 25 Years, 24 at our London City depot. I am supported by 3 Department Heads: Helen Spearing, Customer Service Manager who has been with us 22 years, Stephen Lucas, Warehouse Manager who has been with us for 18 Years, and Sean Willats, Night Warehouse Manager who has been with us for 5 years. Between the three of us, we are supported by a further 31 members of staff including a Transport Planner, Stock Controller, and a Territory Account Manager”.

The London City warehouse is one of the largest in the group, over 35,000ft². The warehouse is located in Dagenham, East London. The depot’s geographical area covers the City of London, West London, North London, and East London as far as Southend. The branch operates 24 hours a day over 3 shifts and having a night driver and a late driver means there is a BCHS vehicle delivering to central London at all times.
